Terms of Use

This document (the Agreement) is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It sets out the terms on which the Seller grants paid licenses to use software developed and offered by the Seller. This software-license offer does not apply to account listings posted by other users.

Account listings are posted by independent sellers, whose identities are shown on the relevant product pages. Par Shop provides marketplace, order, payment, and dispute-handling functions and retains a service commission; the platform owner does not offer these accounts for resale as their own products.

The Buyer accepts this offer by placing and paying for an order. The Agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed. The edition of the offer that was in force at the time of payment applies to the paid order.

The Seller is the developer and rights holder of the software they offer in their own name. For the license price, the Seller grants the Buyer a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right to install and run the selected program and use its declared functions.

The license applies in the Russian Federation unless the product page expressly states another territory. The license term, number of devices, included updates, system requirements, functions, delivery period, and license price are stated on the product page and repeated at checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

The Buyer may make only the copies technically necessary for installation, operation, and backup. Resale, sublicensing, distribution, circumvention of technical restrictions, and modification outside the license terms are prohibited.

The Buyer selects the software and license option, checks the order details, and pays using a method available at checkout. The license price for that order is fixed when payment is confirmed.

Where a catalog price or reference amount is shown in another currency, card payment is processed in roubles. The final amount in roubles and the applicable conversion result are displayed before payment confirmation on the checkout or payment-provider page.

Payment is deemed completed after confirmation by the payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are not stored by Par Shop.

As a professional income tax payer, the Seller creates an electronic receipt for every payment in the Federal Tax Service's My Tax (Мой налог) system, either directly or automatically through a connected electronic-platform operator or credit institution, and sends it to the Buyer using the order contact details.

For payments made in cash or by electronic means of payment, the receipt is created and delivered at the time of payment. For other non-cash payments, it is created and delivered no later than the ninth day of the month following the tax period in which the payment was made.

No physical shipment is made. The license, access details, download link, and/or instructions are delivered through the customer dashboard and/or the connected Telegram bot within the period stated on the product page.

Delivery is completed when the access data becomes available to the Buyer or is sent to the contact linked to the order. The Seller keeps order and delivery records. If delivery is delayed, the Buyer may request delivery within an additional agreed period or a refund as provided by law.

The Seller is responsible for conformity with the published description and for operability when the instructions and system requirements are followed. No particular income or financial result is guaranteed.

For a quality claim, the Buyer contacts dormenf228@gmail.com or Telegram @cringemarine, states the order number, and provides a reasonable description and available evidence of the issue. A screen demonstration or joint diagnostic session may be requested only with the Buyer's consent.

If a Seller-attributable defect prevents a declared function, the Seller repairs it or provides a working update or replacement within a reasonable period. If this is impossible, the Buyer may request a price reduction, terminate the Agreement, or use another remedy available under Russian law.

A refund is made to the original payment method within the period required by law; a refund to the site balance is possible only at the Buyer's explicit choice. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights.

The warranty does not cover failures caused by an unsupported environment, violation of instructions, unauthorized modification, malware, or changes to third-party services outside the Seller's reasonable control.

Personal data necessary for conclusion and performance of this Agreement, delivery, support, payment processing, security, and compliance with legal duties is processed on the grounds described in the Privacy Policy.

Where processing requires the Buyer's consent, that consent is requested separately from this offer. Acceptance of this offer does not replace a separate consent required by law.

Each party is liable under Russian law. The Seller is not liable for third-party service outages or losses caused by the Buyer's breach of instructions, but this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The current offer is published on this page. Amendments apply to orders paid after the new edition takes effect and do not change the terms of an order already paid for unless the parties expressly agree otherwise or the law requires it.
